Biesse Rover Multi Go NG CNC router

The Biesse Rover Multi GO NG is a high-performance CNC flat table router designed for precision woodworking applications. It features a robust HSD 12Hp HSK F63 electrospindle and a 10 spindle vertical drill block, offering versatility and efficiency in operation. The 8-position moveable rack tool changer enhances productivity, easily repositioning during the table sweeping cycle. Engineered for precision, the machine includes a tool touch-off device for accurate cutting depth and CNC-controlled dust ports for optimal cleanliness. The helical rack and pinion drive on the X-axis, combined with a precision-ground screw on the Y and Z axes, ensures smooth and accurate movements. The router supports a rapid traverse speed of 60m/min and a maximum Z-axis capacity of 170mm. For user convenience, it is equipped with a 21" touch screen controller running Windows 10, along with B-solid CAD/CAM software. Additional features like automatic lubrication of guideways and air-conditioned control cabinets enhance performance and durability. The machine is also pre-wired for future C-axis expansion, offering scalability for growing production needs.

This Rover Go is available in three (3) sizes: 4' x 8', 5' x10' and 5' x 12'

Plug and play option allows you to add a panel loader and/or outfeed belt for increased production
