The Biesse Rover Edge Go SP A13 30A is a state-of-the-art edgebander designed for precision and efficiency in woodworking applications. This new model features advanced capabilities including a Smart Touch 23" LED display running on a Windows operating system with Sintra HD software for intuitive operation. The machine seamlessly integrates with automatic start-up controls for its working units, ensuring smooth transitions between tasks. Key functionalities include a pre-milling unit powered by dual 1.8kW high-frequency motors spinning at 12,000 RPM, enhancing edge preparation. The edgebander houses a gluing unit suitable for EVA glue, equipped with an infrared lamp for optimal adhesive performance. Additional units for end trimming, fine trimming, and corner rounding, each powered by their respective motors, ensure precise edge finishing. The edgebander supports up to a maximum panel height of 60mm, with coil edgeband thickness reaching 3mm and strip thickness up to 5mm. Servo controlled trimming units with program capability. For enhanced usability, the machine is also fitted with multi-profile milling cutters, an anti-adhesive spray unit, and units for edge scraping, glue scraping, brushing, buffing, and cleaning.
