Coima SHK Dust Collector

The Coima SHK Dust Collector is a new, enclosureless unit specifically designed for efficiently collecting sawdust, making it ideal for indoor use in smaller workshops or for localized extraction in woodworking environments. Versatile in its application, it is also suitable for collecting dust from other materials such as plastics, grains, flours, and stone dusts. This dust collector features an integral mechanical shaker cleaning system that enhances production time by reducing the maintenance effort needed to keep the filters efficient. After the fan is switched off, the filters can be mechanically shaken in compliance with NFPA guidelines. This unit is equipped with anti-static polyester filter sleeves that are secured with double snap rings into a tube sheet, which sits atop the material collection hopper. The hopper directs collected materials into plastic bags for easy disposal. Built with durability in mind, the collector's frame is constructed from 14-gauge galvanized sheet steel. The unit also includes a material handling fan designed for continuous operation (S1 duty cycle), coupled with a premium-efficiency IP55 motor, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.
