The new Biesse Rover Edge GO S A11J20 Edgebander is an advanced machine engineered to enhance the precision and productivity of edgebanding tasks. It incorporates a quartz heater on the infeed fence for improved glue bonding and incorporates efficient lighting via LED cabin lights controlled by a PLC system. The Pro-nest system allows for seamless edgebanding over hinge cup holes, and its pre-milling feature uses diamond tooling, with each motor running at 1.3 kW and 9600 rpm, ensuring clean panel preparation.
